Add to the Christmas List

Guess who has a new nephew!

(Hint: it's me!)

No pictures or stories really to share yet, as I have barely had a moment with either the Best Infant Nephew Ever or the Baby Mama. This, I suppose, is the curse of being so universally loved: the people who love you end up fighting for your time and attention. I bowed out but hope to steal their attention soon. 

In the days and hours leading up to his birth, however, we had some excellent Best Toddler Nephew Ever time at our house. Sleepovers, playdates, and massive leaf piles were in order and much fun was had by all.

Sigh. While family can make you crazy in a very short moment, it also makes my world work and my life fit. 

As a quick aside, these Nephew names are cumbersome. Suggestions? They are not my kids and, though I have express permission to post photographs of them, I am not comfortable sharing names. Help me with their alternate persona in the comments.
